Structural design review and construction supervision for new residential, commercial, and institutional buildings. Our involvement begins at the drawing review stage and continues through every poured slab and erected column.
We check reinforcement placement, concrete mix design, formwork adequacy, and give pour clearance at each stage — referenced to IS 456 and the approved structural drawings.

Deteriorating structures don't always need to come down. We investigate the cause and extent of damage, design a repair strategy, and supervise execution — ensuring durability, not just cosmetic patching.
Repair methods include polymer-modified mortars, epoxy injection, CFRP wrapping, concrete jacketing, and waterproofing systems — selected based on the actual defect mechanism, not a standard package.

Demolition is an engineering activity. We assess the structure, plan the demolition sequence to prevent progressive collapse, specify safety exclusion zones, and coordinate debris management — then supervise the reconstruction.
Every demolition project gets a method statement covering structural shoring, dust suppression, debris segregation, and monitoring of adjacent structures throughout.
