Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to consultancy services booked directly with AR Infra Consultancy. This website takes no payments or bookings.

1. Consultancy Services

• Consultancy engagements booked or paid for through this Site are subject to the terms agreed in the individual service agreement or contract signed with the client.

2. Booking Deposits (if applicable)

To request a refund, contact us at ar@arinfraconsultancy.com with:

• Your name and contact details
• Date of payment and service or booking reference
• Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to refund requests within [X business days].

4. Work Already Performed

• Site visits, inspections, and NDT already carried out at the time of a cancellation are chargeable at the agreed engagement rates, and their cost is deducted from any refund.
• Deliverables already issued (for example a structural status report) are not refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Items

[List anything explicitly non-refundable once confirmed, e.g. completed site inspections, NDT testing already carried out. Left as a placeholder until finalized.]
